Grandmother was IDA LONGTREE searching for other siblings of my moms, & my grandfather

Classification: Query
Surnames: Longtree
My Grandma was sent to the regional BIA TB hospital for the NW territories in Tacoma, from Fort Peck Montana for many years, I believe starting in 51. Over the years she had 5 kids that we are positive of, and one that could be a rumor. One was my Aunt Cathy who she gave up for adoption immediately, father unknown, then she had my Uncle David Longtree, then my mom Janet Longtree, whom they were both taken away from her while she was living in Seattle, my mom was 10 months, for some reason she was able to get my Uncle back, but was told my mom was already adopted which was false because she didn't get adopted until she was three. My Grandma enrolled my Uncle and my mom here in Montana on the Fort Peck rez, but never enrolled my Aunt Cathy, all the kids were marked as "white" on the birth certificates, while my Grandma was marked down as "red" . Both my mom & my Uncle David are rumored to have the same dad, but nobody will tell my mom anything and she is close to my Grandmas side of the family, my Grandma froze to death in 69 so my mom never got to meet her, and my Uncle David was killed in 88 and they never met either. There is no father listed on any birth certificates so I know that its a long shot. She had two other boys, my Uncle Daniel who she raised, & my Uncle James who was put in a sanitarium because he was deemed "disabled" at birth. Then there is the family story of her having another baby in Seattle and my Great Uncle was there when the birth occurred and he said the Dakota word for black & when she left the hospital she didn't have the baby with her. Everything seems like a long shot. She was adopted by a Blue Bird law office that is now closed, the tribe doesn't have any information and my mom is the only child that has lived passed 50, my Grandma's husband she had later in life knew who my moms dad was, but would tell her, his name was Carl Snell & from Fort Belknap but lived in Seattle, Spokane, & Poplar with my Grandma Ida Longtree. Any knowledge or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My Grandma's BIA file says that my moms dads name my be Paul and he could have been in the Navy or in the Army stationed in Seattle on a boat, or in Tacoma at Ft. Lewis, but again there is nothing to go off of...thank you for even taking the time to read this...
