This headstone is of an unnamed infant son of Ina and William Irvine, buried in the Wasco Methodist Cemetery just outside of Wasco, in Sherman co., Oregon. The headstone reads: "Infant son of Wm & Ina Irvine / Died July 18, 1884 / Aged 8 Days / Budded on earth to bloom in heaven"
I believe this may be a son of the Ina and William Irvine found residing in Arlington, Gilliam co., Oregon, during the 1900 census. Both William and Ina had been born in Scotland. Their children Malcolm, Flora, Lloyd, Elizabeth, Norman and Ida had all been born in Oregon. William operated a hotel. I have no connection or additional info on this family.
