I have a Dingman Ancestor line extending from Adam Dingman Born 1570 In antwerp Belgium to Mary Dingman Born 22 Mar 1774, probably around Sidney NY. She moved to Canada where she married a Roswell Evarts on 14 Jul 1796. Would like any info anyone has on Mary. She was the dau of Dirk (Dyrk or Richard) Dingman, born Nov 1735, and married a Jane, last name unknown. I would also appreciate any info on Jane. I have her death date as May 1790, on the St Lawrence nr Wagers Mills, Ontario. Dirk's parents were Gerardus Dingman and Saartje (Sara) Janse. They were married in Columbia Co , but died in Canada. (Tories during the war I believe). I have no marriage date or bith date or place for Gerardus. His father was Jacob Dingman b 1675 in Kinderhook, Columbia Co, m Eva Swartout 9 Oct 1698. Jacob's father was Adam Dingman b 31 Aug 1631 in Haarlem, Netherland, m Aeltie Jacobse Gardiner in ALbany 1668/9, died in Kinderhook 21 Jan 1719/20. His father was Gerrit Dingman, b 20 Dec 1604, Molen Straat, Haarlem, Natherland, m Janneke Teeuwese 25 Jan 1629 in AMsterdam, Netherlands. His father was Adam Dingman b 1570, Antwerp, Belgium. m Janneke Gerrits on 15 Sep 1601 in Haarlem. His father Adam Dingman was b 1540 in Antwerp, Belgium.
