Is there a way for me to "search" the history of free summons? How? Is it possible for me to get a copy of the records?
What is the Vigilance Society? Is there some way for me to find out what these records may say??

about 1909 (I'd imagine) Not 100% sure mother lived in Manchester, no idea where the "father" was. He had stayed with a sister & brother in Manchester at some point.
