I am researching Mike A. McDonnell, born 14 December 1910. Died: Feb 1981 Tukwila, WA. He was a twin, and I have just ordered the 1920 census soundex in hopes of locating his parents. Looking for a photocopy of the pages where all McDonnells might be listed in Seattle Polk Directory for 1930 & 1934. he would have 20 and 24 years old in those years. He married my grandmother, Frances Irene (Goering) FROMAN, a divorced woman, when I was in third grade (@1959) in the home of my parents Glen and Barbara (Froman) PLAYER, at 4216 55th NE, Seattle, King, Washington. I greeted the guests at the door, my father played the organ. Grandma Frances worked as an executive secretary for the Austin Company, which built hangars for the Boeing Company. Mike (as he was known) worked and retired from Rainier Brewery. He was married prior to the marriage, and divorced, with one daughter named Dana. I believe his twin brother died before Grampa Mike did in 1981. My grandmother died, and Grampa Mike subsequently married a dear woman named Doris. They lived in the Tukwila Apartments just north of the BonMarche and Frederick & Nelsons at South Center Shopping Center. When she moved in with her daughter, and I moved to MD and then FL, we lost touch. I will gladly reimburse any photocopy and postage expense. THANKS!
