Ellen Mary Bailey was born May 1842 in Athy, County Kildare, Ireland. She married Patrick McDonough around 1866. She died 24 January 1928 in Whistler, Mobile, Alabama.

Oral history has it that her parents were Timothy Bailey and Rose Hutcheson. I am seeking information on Ellen's parents. If any of this sounds familiar or, if you have suggestions on where I can look for information, I would love to hear from you.
