Note: These brothers were born in New Jersey to James and Louise Ledden Casady. At approx. ages 5 and 3, the boys were orphaned when their parents were killed in Kentucky. Eventually, the two brothers married sisters, Sarah Ann Surry and Hannah Lourinda Surry in Ohio. In the mid 1850's both families moved to Elm Township, Putnam County, Missouri where they lived until their death. Their descendants are now scattered throughout the U.S. Descendants used two spellings -Casady and Cassady- but it is the same family. This reunion is for all the descendants of William G. and A. Ledden Casady!
