Bradley Alan Ebach Devoted Father Bradley Alan Ebach, age 48, died unexpectedly Saturday, November 24, 2007 while visiting his parents with his children in Vero Beach, Florida. Brad was born in Warren, Pa. on January 22, 1959 as the son of Robert and Beth Ebach of Vero Beach and Erie. He graduated in 1977 from Cathedral Preparatory School for Boys and attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York and Gannon University in Erie, Pa. He was a Rotary Exchange Student spending much of the experience in Sweden. After college he was employed by Marine Bank in the Operations Center, and later became a training consultant with PNC. He spent 23 years with this institution. In 1998 he became an Independent Consultant working primarily with Citibank as a Trainer for Banking Services throughout the United States. During his lifetime Brad overcame Hodgkin’s disease, as well as several related surgeries. He was a very proud father of his two children. He enjoyed family vacations, snow skiing, boating and water sports. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Mary Mehl Ebach; two children: Erin and Matthew Ebach; two brothers: Matt Ebach and his wife Hillary of Chicago; Gary Ebach and his wife Linda of Erie; his parents-in-law Edmund J. Mehl and his wife Pat of Erie; many nieces and nephews; and a close friend and confidant, Danny Jenkin of Erie. Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 602 West 10th St. on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a prayer service there on Saturday at 10:15 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St Jude the Apostle Church on West 6th St. at 11a.m. with Rev. J. Thomas Dugan celebrant. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
