I am looking for my Alioto ancestors from Sant' Elia, Sicily (on the outskirts of Palermo),
specifically relatives of Giuseppe Alioto (b. abt. 1780) who married Margherita Balistreri,
and their son Giuseppe Alioto (b. 1802) who married Anna Tarantino; and Gaetana Alioto (b.
abt. 1826) who married Mariano Bellante(Billante) (b. abt. 1824); and Rosalia Alioto (b. 1889
d. 3/31/1956 Petaluma, CA) who married Mariano Machi (b. 4/2/1882 d. 5/17/1976 Petaluma); and
Antonina Alioto (b. abt. 1835) who married Ignacio Balestrieri (b. abt.1830).
