It appears that he may have been born in the Owatonna, MN area. I found some very old family photos today in a flea market. Several had information written on the back including Archie Eugene's at age 10. I only bought 3 of the photos, and some had been sold to others, but there was at least a couple of dozen photos left. If any one is interested, let me know. The three I have include the one I mentioned as well as one of his mother and step father Dave Petty and one of an Aunt. The mother and stepfather was taken in Mayville, ND and the aunt was in Chicago.
