I am trying to locate information on William Edward Proctor b. 30 September 1804 in Hopkinton, Merrimack, NH. I belive his parents were Jeremiah and Miranda Proctor from NY. William married Lucy E H. Morgan on 21 November 1832 in Trumbull County, OH.
