Family history says my g grandfather was murdered. Son's witnessed the act and Steadman shot the neighbor who killed his father. Would like to confirm this story and need full name of V. G. Anderson. Both sons were born in Berkeley county. Steadman David Anderson in 1987 and John Leslie Anderson in 1895. Sarah Dumas DeBerry was their Mother. Her Father was postmaster in Jamestown.
