Looking for a Samuel Graham that was born in or around Drymen, Scotland. He supposedly lived close enough to hear the church bells in Drymen (or so I've been told) I do not know his birth date but I suspect it was 1809 or earlier. He must have come to America at some point because he fathered a child named John Graham in 1828 who was born in Danbury Connecticut. Samuel's name is listed on John's death certificate in 1907 but John's mother's name is listed as, "unknown". I was thinking Samuel might have been a soldier?....not sure. I've been looking for almost 2 years on this and just can't seem to find anything. If you have any input, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!
