Does anyone know the descendents of George Cleckner, Sr shown in the 1810 Census for Brunswick in Rennselaer Co., NY?

We are looking for a link to Charles P. Allen of Perry Co., PA. Here's why:
Some one has kept the stone of Charles P. Allen G.A.R. in the Old Millerstown Cemetery very nicely. Surely this is the work of a cousin of my husband, (great-grandson of Charles P. Allen and Mary Elizabeth Martin through their daughter Edith Elizabeth Allen who m. William Kaufhold. Their daughter Jennie May Kaufhold m. William Arnold Sterling)
We would like to connect with this cousin.

Charles P. Allen was an alias for Charles Allen Cleckner or Clechner Allen according to Civil War pension application # 460708 filed by Mary E. Allen from PA in 1890
