My name is Michael, my father was adopted in 9/6/1953 I received his pre adoption birth record the other day, there is no father listed and his mother is listed as Reatha Frances Hatley, I believe her married last name is or was Stultz. She is from Vermillion County Indiana, her residence at time of my Fathers birth was Richland Washington, and he was adopted out in Portland Oregon. The thing that really gets me is the place she lived in Richland Wa, was 4 blocks from the street he lived when he was a child.
