Everett Heskett, aged 73 years, died at his home, 453 North 4th Street, Thursday morning at 2 o'clock after intense suffering for a brief time with strangulated hernia.
Mr. Heskett was a veteran of the Union Army of the war 1861-1865 and was a pensioner. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cambridge.
He served during the was as a member of the 62nd Regiment O.V.I. of which R.H. Dilley and Peter Siegfried, are the only member living in Cambridge.
Funeral service will be conducted on Friday at 2 o'clock by Rev. D.E. Carman, interment in South Cemetery. Thursday 5 July 1906 Cambridge Jeffersonian Cambridge Ohio.
