I am interested to know if passenger lists exist for ships leaving Saint John, NB

I would be interested in the passenger list for a ship named "NEW PACKET" that left Saint John in November 1828 and arrived in New York City on Nov 15, 1828. My prime interest is for any passengers with the surname DYKEMAN.
If anyone has access to that type of information I would appreciate hearing from you. The Dykeman family in question lived in the Gagetown area, likely on the shores of Dykeman Lake.
