Thought i had posted this before but couldn't find it in a search, so I will try again. I am looking for information on the PARENTS of James Madison Lomax. He was born 1801 or 1802 and died 1862. He lived all his adult life in Talbot County, but only record of birth says he was born in Baltimore area. No other info given.
