I'm trying to locate information on the 82nd Regiment also known as Hamilton's Regiment. Specifically for Robert Smith. I know almost nothing about him or the Regiment, it seems that all I can find is on the 84th Regiment. However, all the family information I have is based on a land grant in Northern Nova Scotia for the 82nd Regiment.
If anyone has any information the may be of help I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
