I am looking for information of Alford or Alfred W. Butler, he is listed on the 1880 census as living in Collin, Tx. He was born in 1849 in Tn. Married Susan Gilbert. They had 7 surviving children that we know of. The children names were Mary, William, Delila, Jimmie, George Washington (my ggggrandfather), Maude, and Thomas. Would love to know where in Tn they came from and who his parents were. Any info would be really appreciated. Thanks!
