I applied to the Mayflower Society and was told that the Chipman genealogy books out there are not accepted, for my line.

I had Benjamin as a son of Perez Chipman, and they said this is not proven.

Does anyone have any info on any of this?

I'd also like to know about Levi Walcott Chipman Jr., since a Chipman genealogy book I found online does not list him as being the son of Senior.

So what's up with the Chipman lines? Thanks for any help.
