I am searching for members/ information on the Rollins/Baylor families. My grandmother: Esther Baylor Rollins, born in Caroline Co. August 7, 1928, died in October, 1988. Her parents (my great-grandparents): William and Roxanne Baylor. Married Philip Rollins, my grandfather. He was born on July 26, 1916 (?). He lives in Port Royal, VA.
