Looking into Alphonse Shockey b. 1904 in Oklahoma (according to the 1930 census).

Was in the West Virginia Penitentiary and we see him there for sure in the 1930 census. Can't seem to find him anywhere else.. yet. smile emoticon LoL Any help or knowledge would be fantastic!
