Does anyone know of an "asilo" around the area of Cidra in the early 1900's? I'm looking for patients with TB, very common at the time. I'm NOT looking for the Leprocomio NOR the Manicomio. If someone from Cidra that knew he/she was dying of TB and didn't want to die home, where would they have gone?When you review all the census records you find included persons in jails, hospitals, but you can't find them by just looking up their names. At least I would need the name of the facility. If anyone has any idea, or know of a source, please let me know. I know a lot about hospitals but can't come up with any other "asilo".
