My Grandfather was Joesph Daniel Cornelious Sorrells, my Father pasted away recently and I discoved alot of Sorrells but only one that had the name Cornelious in which was a given name to Joesph at birth. Look up Jacob Sorrells and go from there. Hope I have been some help to you. Wish you luck
