This is my 5th great grandfather, and I can find no information on him other than on the 1830 Lee Co. VA census.

I know he married Elizabeth Martin 9 Sept. 1786 in Franklin co. Va, and died in Lee Co. VA.

On the 1830 census they spelled his name Fargason..

please help, this is on my father's side, and I need more information.

one of his sons was Joel Martin Ferguson, who married Elizabeth Hedrick (Headrick?) - Mays.
