I was corresponding with a Mr. George Lucki on designing a COA for me. I have not heard from him in over a month. I've sent him emails but I'm not getting answers. I am quite anxious to get started on this. I have been waiting patiently for his returning to me. Can someone tell me what the procedures are, Should I wait longer . I had assumed the Mr. lucki knew how important this was to me. I talk enough about it. I don't want to seem pushy , but I think its rude to get someones hopes up then not get back to them. I'm I missing something here? Someone please advise
