I am trying to find the parents of JOHANN DIETRICH ROCHEVOT who m: SYBILLA BOPP. He died in Herxheim, Germany in 1856 and left several children who went to Buffalo,New York. Johann had several brothers and sisters who married, but it is unknown where they went. They were brewers, glass masters, coopers, and master smiths by trade. They were of the Evangelical-Lutheran faith. The name has been spelled many ways, but it is believed they are of French origin. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
