My grand father emmigrated from England to the USA in 1895. He came back in 1899/1900 with a wife and three children. Wife was Irish named Mary.
While in the USA he lived in ward 24 Boston Massachusetts (info gained from the birth certificate of one of the children)
I have found the ship going out (liverpool to Philadelphia) but cannot find the ship returning or any further info on them in the USA. He would probably have returned to liverpool.

Does anybody possibly have access to any shipping records or housing records for the time.
