Looking for information on the NOEL family of Shenandoah County, VA. Elizabeth Noel was born in 1792 and married David Mumaw. Their son's name was Levi Mumaw. I think her parents were Andrew Noel and Theresa Dellone. I got her parents names from other members' trees but I haven't been able to find any records to confirm them yet.
