Looking for any Information re William Doogue born 1894 Ireland.

Last trace I can find of him is in newspaper article from the Daily Argus, Mount Vernon NY dated 12th July 1943.
He was in the winning team of The Williamsbridge Horseshoe club with Gustave Scudellia, William Heath, Charles Ferrara. Members of the second team were Charles Keenan, Albert Lucenti, John Shields and Michal Drummond.
