I am researching the history of this gentleman and have a copy of his WW1 war record. Born in Ireland, he was working for the Queensland Police before WW1 then served with the Royal Munster Fusiliers during the war when he was awarded the Military Cross. He returned to Queensland (Brisbane I think?) in 1920 to work with the Queensland National Bank, then he appears in the Townsville Daily Bulletin 28th April 1938 (spotted by someone on the Brisbane page thankyou) where he was a witness to a hotel fire in Townsville, then the trail goes cold. Not known to have family in Australia. Father: Patrick and Mother: Kate. Could some kind person spot him in the electoral roll with that occupation?
Thank you,
Matthew.
