I have partial records of my grandfather, Ray Collins Jr, born 1916 at the Maternity Cottage of Los Angeles, and then was adopted in 1919 by the Stout family of San Bernadino. I also have his original birth record with his biological parents. I would like to get a full copy of the adoption record, but I don't know where to go or who to contact.
