My mother had an illegitimate son her senior year in high school in the Baltimore, Maryland area. I know this to be fact because her twin sister confirmed it. I know the son was given up to adoption by a Jewish family through the assistance of the OB-GYN Dr. Allan Guttmacher. He was born sometime in September 1950. My mother's name was Jo Ann Yokley. Her mother's maiden name was Yates.
