Hello all,
I am looking for information on my Great Grandparents who lived in New York City. Their names were Catherine Hays (Hayes)and Peter F. Bennett. Other than the 1930 and 1920 Census I have been able to find NOTHING! Here is what I have so far:

1930 Census record for the Bronx, NY (living on Park Avenue)
Catherine Bennett born about 1897, married about 1913,
Father born in Ireland, Mother born in New York.
Daughters Veronica and Ruth(my grandmother)are living
with her.

1920 Census record for Bent, CO
Catherine and Peter F. are living with Catherine's
sister Juliet Hays with daughter Veronica. Peter is
listed as working as a chauffeur at a hospital and both
of his parents were born in New York.

Now, the 1920s Census has some questions like the fact that Juliet was an immigrant from the Bahama's and both her parents are from the Bahama's as well. But she is listed as a sister to my GGM. Also, her name is Juliet, but my GM said her aunt's name was Julia. What I do know is that my grandmother Ruth was born in Denver, CO on 19 Aug 1921.

I know nothing about my GGF except his name is Peter F. and family tells of his death was that he died when he was helping a friend move and a piece of furniture fell on him and he died of internal injuries. This was sometime between 1921 and 1930.

My GGM Catherine lived into old age - possibly moving to Florida and/or Georgia to live with my Grandmother Ruth ("Ruthie")Bennett Merrell. She remarried Dan Pazzani who died in 1960 in a railway accident while on the job. She had several sisters named Julia, Irene (died of pneumonia)and a brother whom I do not know his name. Her father's name could possibly be John Bennett.

If anyone could PLEASE help me that would be wonderful! I am looking for anything I can, newspaper articles, death records, marriage records - ANYTHING!!
