I am looking for information on my great grandfather Walter Sullivan. During the early 1900s, he served a term in the WV State Pen in Moundsville for killing a man in a drunken fight. I'm not sure if this was in Cabell or Wayne county. Anyone with any information regarding this, please let me know.
