Hi,
I am looking for information about a Robert Barnes who was hit by a train in 1913. I came across a Coroner's Hearing held at White Hall, Greene County, Illinois, dated 5 Oct 1913 for a Robert Barnes. The verdict was that he "came to his death by being struck by C&A train off a bridge at Seminary Creek 1 1/2 miles south of White Hall.
Any information (a newspaper article or an obit would be wonderful) would be greatly appreciated. Think this might be great-grandpa.
