I am searching for info on her parents who are briefly noted as a John Todd and Gettis Elder (sp)? She married my ggg grandfather Hugh Livingston in Mercer, Mercer Co. on 21 FEB 1843. I cannot find any more info on her life before her marriage nor of her husband's life before 1865. That's when they traveled by wagon to IA along with 5 children and a 8 month old baby. Queries to counties in PA have not come up with any records as to birth, marriage, etc. The scrap below is all I know:

Hugh Livingston deceased) was born in Lawrence co, PA Oct 21 1821. he was reared to the occupation of farming, which he always followed. He was united in marriage, Feb 21 1843 with Mary ann Todd in the town of Mercer, Mercer Co PA. She is a daughter of John and Gettis (Elder) Todd, who settled in Lawrence county, when she was about twelve years of age. They died in that county. Mr and Mrs Livingston resided in PA till the fall of 1865, when they removed to Clinton Co (IA)" There is more to the record but it is not applicable here.
