Looking for any info. on the family of R.D. GUNTER who appeared in the 1850 Poinsett Co. ARK census (Greenfield Twp.). He and his wife Mary A. were born in TN... Looks like they had two children by 1850 (Martha, age 5; Avrine, age 2).
This family has TN roots and I am also researching GUNTER's with TN roots that may have left for Arkansas in the 1830's to 1840's...
