Could anyone please verify that the following date of death for someone buried at Eagle Harbor has been transposed:

Born 1871
Died 1973 Wife Sarah

The name Hoffenbecker (and it's various spellings (for the same family of Hofenbecher, Hoffenbecher, Hoffenbacher, Hoffenbacher and Hoffenbacker) Is very rare except in the UP and places to which Yoopers have relocated. I found an entry elsewhere for a Joseph Hoffenbecker born the same year, married to a Sarah (Brammert) with that Sarah's birth years and death years all matching. However, that (other?) Joseph was listed as having died in 1937, not 1973 (he would have been 102 years old in 1973). Can anyone verify his year of death for me? I think whoever entered the data in the Keweenaw data base transposed 1937 as 1973
