I am seeking information on John Johnson and Jane Cox. I found their marriage date as 11 Sept 1859 in Randolph Co. and believe I located them in the 1860 census with two children: Sarah J age 4 and Jonathan age 1. They are surrounded by several other Cox households. I believe Sarah J may be my gg-grandmother and based upon some old family records was told her parents were John Johnson and Jane Cox, but am now wondering if Jane Cox was married to someone previously and Sarah J is John Johnson's stepdaughter. If I have the right family, they had to have later moved to Missouri as Sarah was married there in 1874. I haven't been able to locate them in the 1870 census yet.
