As a hobby I rescue old photos that have identification on them & attempt to get them back to family. There is another one taken by the local photographer in Muskegon, Michigan and written on the back of it is: Frank Lynch. He's a young teen (in my opinion). Dressed in a double breasted suit with a white high collar & bow tie. His hair is dark brown & cuts short-parted just off center. Stern looking but he has the soft full cheeks of a young teen/adolescent.
