My grandfather, Johann Friedrich Karl NAGEL, was born on 3 May 1872 in Luetgendorf, Mecklenburg-Schwerin and brought to the US by his parents, Karl Johann Friedrich NAGEL & Karoline Friedrike Christine Wilhemine, nee KINDT in Dec 1872. With them was Sophie Dorothea, nee MULLER, paternal grandmother of my gpa. She was a widow and her husband was Joachim Heinrich NAGEL, b. 10 Jan 1799.
