I am a member of the Maddox DNA project and I am seeking any living male descendant of Henry N Maddox. Henry N. Maddox was listed in the 1880 Federal census in Precinct 5 of Milam County TX. I know at least one of his sons(Henly N. Maddox) still lived in Milam County TX in Justice Precinct 1 in the 1930 Census. Another son, Willie E. Maddox, was listed in the 1930 Bexar County TX census in San Antonio. Also, a Roland L. Maddox buried in 1984 in the Val Verde Baptist Church cemetery, Milam County, is a descendant of Henry N. Maddox. I need to find a living male descendant who might be willing to submit a DNA test. The test is painless, only involves a saliva sample. The Maddox DNA project only tests the DNA that is passed on from father to son bearing the same surname. Adopted children will not qualify.
