Hi, I'm looking for anyone who might know anything about my father's adoption. My siblings and I weren't told he was adopted until after his death in 2003. He was born in Arkansas January 8, 1937. The story told in our family is that he was found abandoned in the lobby of the Sherman Hotel on 2nd street in Little Rock. A friend of his adopted mother owned the hotel and helped arrange the adoption. He was adopted by Elizabeth Lee Hall Fellows and Wildred Edward Fellows soon after birth and named William Edward Fellows. We know nothing about his birth family, and I fear there may be no one left alive who knows. Please message me on this site if you have any info.
