Looking for any information on Hubert or Herbert Mose. He apparently lived in Martin's Ferry, Ohio. I know he was living there in 1918. He was born in Sharpsburg, Maryland. Father was Daniel Mose, mother was Mary E. Mose. He was born around 1873. His parents did not move there. Just Hubert (Herbert).
