I would like to get a book that covers the history of Campbell County so I can better understand the social history surrounding the ancestor we are researching. He came from Western Pennsylvania about 1810 and later went on to Ohio. I'm curious to understand why he may have gone to Campbell County (ie. was it a terminus of a major path for persons coming from PA?), and what things were like there at that time.

Looking online, I don't see too many county histories (at least not in print). Is anyone aware of any good ones?
