My grandmother was born in North Dakota about 1906 and adopted in North Dakota between 1909 and 1910 by a lovely family who brought her to Bradford County, Pennsylvania. There she met and married my grandfather. Unfortunately, she died 3 months after giving birth to my father.

With the limited information I have, is there any hope I might find her adoption records and thus, her birth name?
