According to the March 15, 1746 will of Thomas Jackson Sr., who died March 18, 1746 in Bertie County, NC, His brother was a Jeremiah Jackson. The will has that Jeremiah was from Boston. I am trying to find out if he was from Boston, Mass. Jeremiah was a merchant so he could have been in Boston at some time, but another record shows him born in Northampton, NC.
