I am trying to find the records from the South MS Infirmary, a hospital that was located on Walnut Street in Hattiesburg, MS. This hospital closed, and was demolished, between 1956 and 1963. Doctors Henry G. Cook, Clayton Cook, and Harry Fridge opened a clinic on the location of the demolished hospital. Does anyone have any ideas as to where these records might be? I am trying to establish a birth and death date for an infant born (and died) there sometime in the 1940's.
